Blogging

The parent page for your blog includes the option to give your blog a specific name instead of just "blog" plus the option to choose a background shaded color for posts that have no feature image. 

This blog is built around a masonry display that better accommodates lots of images of different sizes and orientations – or no images – or a mix. 

  1. To add a blog post, choose new from the blog parent page in the document tree. All page commands can be found in this handy flyout menu for any page,
  2. Give your new post a title (the template is chosen for you) and hit save
  3. Fill in your post details: optional subtitle, author, publication date (future dated posts will not be public until the date selected here)

  1. A large rich text area accommodates your post. 
  2. The optional page top can be as rich as you like.
  3. Optional tags with the option to create new tags, and the same for priorities
  4. Feature image will display with your post teaser on the blog home page. 
  5. The META section should be filled out – the description is what displays on the blog home page for the teaser.
  6. All pages generally include an image bucket and uploads bucket for anything you might want to display in this page.
