Add code to the template (Google Analytics, etc.)

It's common to need to tuck into your website templates various third party code for: analytics, maillists, PayPal, social media, reservation engines, forms – the list is endless, but the "buckets" where these need to go seldom change:
- between the head tags at the top of the page,
- just after the opening body tag
- at the very bottom of the page
At the bottom of the website layout and design options, you'll find 3 fields that can hold this code.
